Reset The Password on Your Account

An important message relating to your existing LashLine account.

For security reasons, we request that existing users reset their account password in order to proceed and purchase on the new online store. This only needs to be done once (on your first login) to verify your user account.

There are two simple ways to reset your password:

1. Use the password reset tool to receive instructions on how to reset your password.
2. Speak with us directly and our friendly support staff will reset your user password for you.

Please note that your new username ID will be the email address you signed up with.

Once you have logged into your account, it's important that you check your user details (Names, Addresses & Phone Numbers) as some may have changed during the store update. If you notice any details are incorrect, simply update and save the correct details in your control panel.
